"The experience was very seamless and they provided a thorough explanation of what needed to be done. This was a much more convenient option than having to tow my car to get repairs. They make sure to verify the cost prior to making repairs so you know how much the end total will be, no surprises. Overall I was very satisfied with my experience."

Questions people ask
How long does it take?
Thirty to forty-five minutes on most cars. Trunk and under-seat batteries, and cars that need registration, closer to an hour.
Why not the free install at the parts store?
Fine if your car qualifies and you can get it there. Many newer cars need the battery registered, and some put it under a seat or in the trunk. And a dead car doesn't drive itself to the store.
Do you test the old battery first?
Yes. If it's the alternator or a cable, you'll know before we put a battery in.
How long do batteries last in Charlotte?
Often about three years. Summer heat under the hood is harder on a battery than cold.
